I forgot to mention the BEST part about back extensions! At about 4:30 I have my sub on all fours and I’m using him to workout my back muscles. Notice how I hook my feet under his armpits…this position just so happens to secure my feet RIGHT under his face. It’s perfect for foot worship!

i enjoyed this video so much, i came up with a couple of suggestions for exercises, which i would love to volunteer for as the submissive:
incline sit ups: the slave is positioned on all fours, but leans their ass down so they’re at an incline angle from the floor. The Dominant would then stand in front of the slave, and have him hold Her legs while she leans back on top of the slave. Once She positions Herself correctly, the slave is used as an incline bench for doing sit-ups, and of course has to hold onto Her, and feel Her pressing down on him with Her bodyweight. The slave can also be directed in holding different angles to increase or decrease the intensity on the abdominal muscles, while straining to hold the position.
Leg curls: The slave is in a kneeling position, behind the Dominant who is lying on the floor on Her stomach, with Her legs up in the air. The slave has to apply resistance to Her legs, as She (bends) lowers and raise Her legs from the knees. The slave can be directed in the amount of resistance to apply, which will determine the intensity of the workout. This would be an excellent workout for the thighs, while the slave would be gazing longingly at Her behind, and feet.
