This video has some good tips, but is kind of unintentionally hysterical if you start watching the strap-on-wearing “lab assistant” in the background. Her reactions alternate between complete boredom and barely disguised “WTF?” reactions to Ms. Young’s stretching exercises. Maybe, next time, she should stay off-camera until needed . . .?

Well, i watched the video,and enjoyed Ms Young AND Her assistant too!
this stuff is all so applicable to things like breathing and speaking, not to mention the tmj relief.
Also, the sound of a throat kegel is f-ing hot
