As a college wrestler in the 150 pound class, the guillotine was one of my favorite wrestling moves. The following is the Wikipedia description of that move:
How to perform a guillotine:
Secure a leg ride. From the top, hook your right leg inside your opponent’s right thigh, or left leg inside of his left thigh, gripping the ankle with your foot. Reach across and grab the arm opposite the side that your leg ride is on, then pull it back and up so that you can slip your head under it, at or just above the elbow. If your opponent is reaching back during a leg ride, you have an ideal chance to perform the guillotine.
Once you get your head under your opponent’s arm, use your head as torque to lift and turn the arm and your opponent. Your other arm should go under your opponent’s arm and behind his head similar to a half nelson.
As you roll backward and your opponent is on his back, your other arm will be under your body. Release the wrist of the arm under you, reach across your opponent and lock your arms, straightening as much as you are able. This is the guillotine, and you should be squeezing as hard as you can until you’re stopped. Maintain the leg hook to keep your opponent from escaping.
