Mmm, I want a caning now!! Thank you for the wonderful talk, I think you have great insite and I will be watching this again shortly. I find myself wanting my limits to be pushed and sometimes disapointed in myself for not going where I know I can with my limits, you gave me a lot to think about thank you for the video!!!
