We've migrated to a new member management system on September 25th, 2020 due to the previous system not properly tracking and assigning CCBill Subscription/Transaction IDs to subscriber accounts after a successful payment.
If you have recently signed up or are an active member within their purchased access window and cannot access that content or do not see your subscription under your account, your account was likely impacted by this issue.
Not to worry, though! We can manually update your account and get it back to working order. Please let us know by submitting a Helpdesk ticket and supplying your CCBill Subscription/Transaction ID.
