We’re Sorry, But We Can’t Let You In
Due to local laws we are legally prohibited from allowing access to Kink Academy from your current location.
We know. It sucks.
And we don’t agree with it either.
Here’s Why This Is Happening
Kink Academy provides adult sex education, including explicit video content related to BDSM, kink, polyamory, and other forms of consensual sexual expression. Unfortunately, various jurisdictions—including some U.S. states and countries around the world—have enacted strict regulations about who can access this kind of material.
In some cases, these laws:
- Require us to block access entirely from certain locations
- Restrict educational content based solely on age
- Impose censorship on topics related to LGBTQ+ sexuality, kink, or non-traditional relationships
To stay legally compliant, we are required to block access for:
- Anyone under the age of 18 (or the legal age of majority in your region)
- Users in jurisdictions where adult sexual education is censored or where verification laws are overly burdensome or unclear
What We Believe
At Kink Academy, we believe:
- Sex education is a human right
- People deserve access to knowledge that helps them make safe, consensual, and informed choices about their bodies and relationships
- Censorship of adult, queer, and kink-related education harms more than it protects
We deeply disagree with laws that treat sexual education as obscene or dangerous. Shame and ignorance have never kept anyone safe. Information does.
What You Can Do
If you believe that people of all ages and locations deserve inclusive, honest, and accessible sex education, here are some incredible organizations fighting that fight:
In the United States
- SIECUS – Sex Ed for Social Change
Advocates for the rights of young people to access comprehensive sex education. - ACLU – American Civil Liberties Union
Fights legal battles to protect access to sex ed and challenge censorship. - Advocates for Youth
Youth-led movement pushing for science-based, inclusive sex education. - Free Speech Coalition
Legal advocacy group supporting free expression in adult content and education.
Globally
- Amnesty International
Advocates for global sexual rights, including education and bodily autonomy. - IPPF – International Planned Parenthood Federation
Provides access to sex ed and reproductive care in 140+ countries. - Sexual Rights Initiative
Works at the UN to push for global recognition of sexual rights.
Let’s Keep Moving Forward
We know this page may feel frustrating or unfair — it feels that way to us, too.
But movements grow because people speak up, organize, and fight for access. If this issue matters to you, get involved, donate, or share your voice with local lawmakers and education leaders.
In the meantime, we’re working behind the scenes to keep expanding access to education — safely, legally, and unapologetically.
Stay curious. Stay empowered.
