You might’ve noticed that we’ve been having a lot of trouble with logins and passwords…
Over the last few months we’ve been “plugging the leaks” with a “finger in the dam” approach (or a finger in the….ah… nevermind…) by manually having to fix these issues.
But now we’re ready to shut down the kinky goodness completely for a few days for a total back-end overhaul (the ass puns are just too easy).
A few important points for you to know:
- This is NOT due to a security issue. We’re moving to a new member management system to make your experience a smoother one. You’ll be able to log in with your same password, so you don’t have to do anything new at all. That said, we’ll make use of this time to help secure our site even more.
- KinkAcademy.com will be temporarily taken offline Tuesday, September 22nd, 2020 starting at 7am Eastern while we migrate users to the new system.
- We currently estimate this maintenance window should be completed by Thursday, September 24th, 2020 at 10pm Eastern.
- Your username, password, and any/all active subscriptions you currently have will be securely migrated to this new system, tested, and re-checked.
- Once we’re done with this much-needed maintenance, you’ll receive an email introducing you to our sexy new look, the new self-service functionality (no more waiting for customer support for simple fixes!), and a brief explanation of future website enhancements that will give you the best KinkAcademy.com experience yet.
- Remember, you will be able to log into the website again with your same password! But, if you do happen to have an issue, the newly-improved password reset feature should let you take care of it on your own.
